The following instructions and associated snapshots will guide you as to how to view and download your course certificate (method #2) on the learning portal.
To view and download your course certificate (method #2):
Open your internet browser and navigate to the learning portal website address
Click the SIGN IN button at the top-right corner
On the pop-up window, write your Username and Password
Click SIGN IN
You will land on Home Page
Locate the Learning Dashboard widget, click CLICK HERE
You will land on My Dashboard Page
Locate and click MY COURSE ENROLLMENT HISTORY
You will land on My Activities: Courses Page, this page lists all courses you enrolled into (free and paid) on the platform, with brief information on your enrollment status of each course
Choose a course marked as Completed, click on the Certificate icon
Your course certificate will be downloaded as a PDF document to your local computer.
