The following instructions and associated snapshots will guide you as to how to view and download your course certificate (method #1) on the learning portal.
To view and download your course certificate (method #1):
Open your internet browser and navigate to the learning portal website address
Click the SIGN IN button at the top-right corner
On the pop-up window, write your Username and Password
Click SIGN IN
You will land on Home Page
Click User Menu icon, locate and click All My Courses
You will land on All My Courses Page, this page lists all courses you enrolled into (free and paid) on the platform
Choose a course marked as Completed, click on the course widget
You will land on Learner View and Course Player Page, click DOWNLOAD YOUR CERTIFICATE
Your course certificate will be downloaded as a PDF document to your local computer.
