How to download your team reports

The following instructions and associated snapshots will guide you as to how to download reports regarding your team's learning progress on the learning portal.

Remember to ask your course administrator when you need further assistance.

To download reports regarding your team's learning progress:

• Open your internet browser and navigate to the learning portal website address

• Click the SIGN IN button at the top-right corner

• On the pop-up window, write your Username and Password

• Click SIGN IN

• You will land on Home Page

• Click User Menu icon, locate and click My Team

• You will land on My Team Page, click REPORTS tab

• Choose a report from the list, click --- (three dots on the right-hand side of each report)

• You have the option to Edit the report or Export as (CSV or Excel), wait few moments until your report is ready to download

Your report will be downloaded automatically to your local computer.
