How to purchase a course

The following instructions and associated snapshots will guide you as to how to purchase a course (enroll into a PAID course) on the learning portal.

Remember to ask your course administrator when you need further assistance.

To purchase a course (enroll into a paid course):

  • Open your internet browser and navigate to the learning portal website address

  • Click the SIGN IN button at the top-right corner

  • On the pop-up window, write your Username and Password

  • Click SIGN IN

  • You will land on Home Page

  • Click User Menu icon, locate and click All Courses

  • You will land on All Courses Page, this page lists all available courses (free and paid) on the platform

  • Choose a course of your interest, click on the course widget

  • You will land on Course Landing Page

  • Read through the course description and the additional information

  • Click ADD TO CART button at the right-hand side

  • On the pop-up window, Click VIEW CART

  • You will land on Your Shopping Cart Page, click CHECKOUT

  • If you have a coupon code valid for your course of interest, type it and click APPLY COUPON

  • Add and save your Billing Information and choose a Payment Method, click CONFIRM ORDER

  • When your payment and order is complete, you will land on Confirmation Page

  • Click START LEARNING NOW

  • You will land on Learner View and Course Player Page, click START LEARNING NOW to view the first training material

  • To progress forward in the course, click NEXT

  • To return back to previous training material, click PREVIOUS
